Shipping policy
Shipping is free on every order. We dispatch within 1-2 business days and deliver across India in 3-7 business days.
Charges
Shipping is free on every order, to every serviceable pincode in India. There is no minimum order value.
What you see on the product page is what you pay at checkout. Nothing is added afterwards.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are packed the same day and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
As soon as the courier scans your parcel you receive the AWB number by email, along with a live tracking link.
Delivery area
We deliver to every serviceable pincode in India. If your pincode is not serviceable the courier partner will flag it and we will contact you with alternatives.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Damaged in transit
Glass travels with bubble wrap and a moulded insert, but accidents happen. Photograph the parcel before opening it if the outer box looks crushed.
Report damage within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we replace or refund in full, no return shipment needed.
