We collect the minimum needed to deliver honey to your door, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
Name, email, mobile number and delivery address — required to fulfil and deliver your order.
Order and payment records, including the Razorpay payment id and status. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
Basic technical data such as IP address, used to detect fraudulent orders.
How we use it
To process payments, dispatch orders and send you delivery updates by email.
To answer your support messages and handle returns.
To meet tax and accounting obligations under Indian law.
Who we share it with
Razorpay, for payment processing. Courier partners, for delivery. Our email provider, to send order updates.
Nobody else. We do not sell or rent customer data to advertisers or data brokers.
Your choices
Write to elixurehoney@gmail.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not legally required to retain it.
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time while still receiving transactional order updates.
