Returns & refunds
Food safety limits what we can take back, so here is exactly what we can and cannot do.
What we accept
Jars damaged, leaking or broken in transit — reported within 7 days of delivery with a photograph.
Wrong item or wrong size delivered.
Unopened, seal-intact jars returned within 7 days of delivery.
What we cannot accept
Opened jars, for food safety reasons.
Crystallised honey. Granulation is natural in raw honey and is not a defect — warm the jar in water and it liquefies again.
Requests raised more than 7 days after delivery.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay.
The refund is initiated within 24 hours of approval and reaches your account in 5-7 working days depending on your bank.
Partial refunds are possible where only part of an order is affected.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it is marked shipped. Write to us with your order number.
Once shipped, the return process above applies instead.
